This woman in her late 50’s had previously undergone a breast augmentation elsewhere in the early 1990’s and developed a chronic fluid collection around the left breast implant and severe bilateral hardening of the capsules around her implants (capsular contracture). Dr. Pautler revised her by removing her existing implants and the chronic fluid collection on the left, removing both capsules completely, and placing new gel implants (365 cc’s). Her post-op results are shown below. She looks normal now and is very comfortable.
