This breast augmentation patient is 27-years-old, 5’5″, 128 lbs. She was unhappy with an A-cup breast size. Due to her wide chest width, she was able to choose a generously-sized breast implant for her breast enlargement. Her implant is a mentor saline breast implant. During the breast augmentation surgery, the breast implant was placed under the muscle through the crease underneath the breast known as the “inframmary fold” to hide the incision. Also, during the breast augmentation surgery, her breast implants were both filled to 475 cc. Her breast size is now a much larger D-cup.
