This combination of breast augmentation and breast lift patient was 37 years old and a very petite 5′, 100 lbs. She desired a fuller, perkier, more voluptuous looking breast while limiting scars. She decided on Mentor silicone 325 cc breast implants. The before picture shows her breasts appearing a little droopy, requiring a minor breast lift to reposition the nipple-areola area higher. Her breast implants were placed under the muscle through a periareolar approach and a skin-tightening “donut” mastopexy. Both procedures limit the scar to around the areola. The after picture shows that her breast implants and breast lift have given her more fullness to the breast. Her breast size is now a perfect D-cup.
