This breast reduction patient is 49-years-old, 5’6″, 150 lbs. In the plastic surgery before picture, her breasts are a DD and very droopy. She underwent a breast reduction of 630g from the left breast, and 620g from the right breast. In the after picture, her breasts are more proportional, the shape is improved, and the areolas are lifted. This type of breast reduction is a wise-pattern, which incorporates a scar around the areola, up and down from the areola, and underneath in the crease below the breast.
