Here is the before and after of a buttock lift (NOT a Brazilian Butt Lift which is only fat transfer) with some fat added to fill some of the dimples. This lift involves a long excision to reduce excess saggy buttock skin and involves some lipofilling of volume depleted areas. This procedure is almost always done on a person who has lost a considerable amount of weight.
