This breast augmentation patient is 31-years-old, 5’7″, 155 lbs. She came to the office with a ruptured breast implant on her right side. Note that in the before picture, her left breasts is shown much fuller than the right. This asymmetry is the typical appearance of a ruptured saline breast implant. Originally, this breast augmentation patient received Mentor breast implants that had been filled to 325 cc in both breasts. For the exchange, she selected a new, larger Mentor breast implant by one size. During the breast augmentation surgery, both breast implants were removed, and the new breast implants were filled to 375 cc.
