This lady in her late 50’s has had 300cc saline implants since 2003. At 5 ft 3 and 200 lbs, she decided she no longer needed her implants and opted for removal. After discussing her options with Dr. Pautler, she decided to have the implants removed, have a total capsulectomy (removed in pieces, not EN BLOC), fat grafting to the upper part of her breasts, and a bilateral lift (MASTOPEXY). Dr. Pautler gently aspirated fat from her upper and lower abdomen, processed it using the MTF LipoGrafter, and grafted 220 cc’s into the left upper and medial breast, and 160 cc’s into the upper and medial right breast. After a few months of settling, her results are shown below and she is a 38 C cup. Her breasts are somewhat smaller than they were pre-op with the implants in, but they are round, full and not saggy.
