This breast lift patient was 40-years-old, 5’4″, and 110 lbs with a full C- or D-cup. The before picture shows a full breast with nipples pointing downward. She underwent a mastopexy, known as a “breast lift”, which repositioned the nipple higher and gave her breasts a more rounded, youthful appearance. Her scars are around the areola, up-and-down from underneath the areola to her breast fold, and underneath the breast. The scars are fairly hidden from the cosmetic surgery and are fading nicely. There was no decrease in breast cup size, although the shape has changed. Her breasts are still a full C- or D-cup, depending on the bra manufacturer.
