This combination of breast augmentation and breast lift patient was 25-years-old and a very petite 5’1″, 92 lbs. Although happy with her three children, she was unhappy with the physical effects that her pregnancies had on her breasts. She desired both a breast lift and breast enlargement. She selected a saline breast implant which was filled to 240 cc in the left breast, and was filled to 250 cc in the right breast, creating a more balanced appearance. Note that the after picture shows the fullness, the improved cleavage, and the breast lift scars are around the areola and up-and-down to the crease beneath the breast. Her breasts are a full C-cup and sometimes fit into a small D-cup in certain bra manufacturers.
