This combination of breast augmentation and breast lift patient is 45-years-old, 5’5″, 116 lbs. She has droopy, thin, atrophied breasts due to several pregnancies. She desired a fairly dramatic breast enlargement, but was very hesitant to have additional scars. She was augmented with a 400 cc round smooth silicone-gel breast implant. To minimize scarring, her breasts implants were placed through an incision around her areola, also enabling a donut mastopexy (breast lift) to tighten the droopy breast skin. Her scars are confined to a small pink line around her areolas. Her breast size is now a voluptuous D-cup.
