Young lady, early twenties, complained of oddly shaped and saggy breasts with huge areolae. She is shown post-op following submuscular implantation of silicone 450cc implants, and an areolar reducing lift. The scars are limited to around her areolae, and she is a nice full C-cup. The implant has nicely rounded out her deficient lower breast mound.
