This patient in her 30′s complained of a flat saggy chest. No fullness in her upper breast at all. She is shown below post-op following a fairly complex surgery. Her gel implants are 500 cc high profile, subpectoral, with an internal support “bra” made of a silk material called SERI™. Note the upper pole fullness and projection and she doesn’t need to wear a bra! She is about a D cup.
