This active lady in her early 70’s desired a fresher rested look to her eyes. Dr Pautler’s upper and lower lid blepharoplasty surgery really enhanced her blue eyes and made her look younger and very much awake. Not only was skin tightened, but also fat from the lower lids was precisely removed to give her a smooth look. A lateral canthopexy was added to support the position of her lower eyelid.
