This patient in her early 50′s underwent a corrective surgery to improve her malpositioned implants. On the left are her pre-ops, note how high her implants sit and give her an odd shape. On the right she is shown after her revision where slightly smaller gel implants (500 high profile silicone gel) where placed in the subpectoral position with a new, lower pocket.
